A nice block of apartments,in Schoeneberg,very close to the gay area,,supermarkets,cafeterias,bars and in walking distance from Potsdamer platz where a mall exists,cinemas,restaurants.

Reception was helpful, when it was open. Quiet room overlooking courtyard. , Twenty-five minute walk to Brandenburg Tor, Bundestag. Close to tube station.
The room wasn't cleaned the three nights we stayed, toiletries weren't provided and toilet paper wasn't replaced.

Great location for exploring the city, very kind stuff, free and fast wi-fi, kitchen facilities, many power sockets, electronic key entry (meaning that you can go in-out 24/7 without having to leave keys to reception or being noticed)
Somewhat noisy room, room was very clean when arrived, but wasn't cleaned up during my 6-day stay (although I don't mind for that)

Good location, direct buses to Potsdamer Planz, the main station and also only a few minutes walk from U1/U2 lines. Also only 5 minutes walk from Winterfeldplatz with lots of bars and a great market on Saturday
Lacking in kitchen equipment, no chopping board, or lids for pans. Noisy entry system to apartments which meant loud beeps if your neighbours returned in the night. TV which didn't really watch but only had 4 poor channels.

The appartment was very good for the price. Staf was really friendly and helpfull. We even got the bigger 4 person appartment instead of the two person.
Internet was slow.

Convenient location near U-Bahn, clean, reasonably quiet, good price, staff was friendly, apartment had all the bare necessities and was spacious.
Somewhat drafty due to a broken hinge on the window; blankets were adequate but left something to be desired for warmth; had to coax the staff every day or two for another roll of TP, would have been better if they had left us a couple of rolls, since we were staying several days

Excellent stay in this hotel. Small but comfortable apartments. Very good position for visiting the city (close to Nollendorfplatz - U-Bahn lines U1 and U2). The high-speed free internet connection was a great bonus!

The host was very kind & patience. The apartment was tiny but comfortable, fitted with private bathroom, cooking stove & fridge. The location is very good with direct bus to many places of interest & a S bahn within short walking distance.
It will be good if the hotel can provide laundry service or a simple washing machine & dryer at the common area for all the guests to share.

The apartment was in a great spot near to many gay bars, clubs and restaurants and you could walk into town within 15 minutes. It was very quiet, nicely if simply furnished and your own key meant you could come and go as you pleased. Nadine, who worked on reception, was very helpful and helpfully provided any extras no problem. All in all, it was like staying in your own pad - just in another city. Good value for money.
A few more of the little things would have been good in the apartment. The kitchenette was barely kitted out - one knife, two plates etc. But as said reception provided all on request so not really a problem. Hooks in the bathroom are needed - nowhere to hang towels. Ahhh! The reception wasn't really open 8 to 8 as advertised, but only open if they were expecting someone, so sometimes there was nowhere you could just pop into and ask something.

close by to a metro station. clean and tidy, you get what you pay for. city break on a budget it is very good value. we arrived on a wednesday and returned home on the monday, at no time where the towels or bedclothes changed. at he very least the cleaners could come in on a monday, wednesday and friday. again it boils down to what you pay for.
in the room a toaster would be ideal as you are unable to make toast.

convenient location, with a very helpful and enthusiastic manager. Great place to stay, and clean!! the kitchen part is wonderful too, with pots and plates readily prepared.
the laundry service could be better, the clothes we sent for laundry come back with a strange odor.

Breakfast starts at 8 (sometimes with delays > 15 min), and I had to leave at 8.15 Also in the night I could clearly hear a washing machine (it woke me up at 6.45 AM)
